In a small saucepan, melt honey caramels with milk or cream over low heat. Stir continuously until you have a smooth caramel sauce.
Drizzle the honey caramel sauce over freshly made pancakes.
Garnish with fresh fruits and optionally, a dollop of whipped cream.

Ingredients:
8 cups of popped popcorn (preferably unsalted)
10 honey caramels
3 tbsp unsalted butter
A pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the honey caramels and stir continuously until the caramels are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
Place the popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl. Pour the melted honey caramel mixture over the popcorn. Gently stir to coat the popcorn evenly.
Spread the caramel-coated popcorn onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. If desired, sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even coating.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. The caramel will harden as it cools.
Break into clusters and enjoy your Honey Caramel Popcorn!
In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat. If using loose chai tea leaves, place them in a tea infuser.
Once the milk is warm, add the chai tea bag or the infuser with chai tea leaves.
Add the honey caramels to the saucepan. Stir occasionally until the caramels are fully melted into the milk.
If desired, add a cinnamon stick and star anise to the saucepan for additional flavor.
Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes, ensuring it doesn't boil.
Remove from heat and discard the tea bag, cinnamon stick, star anise, and tea infuser if used.
Pour your Caramel Honey Chai into a mug. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground nutmeg or cardamom.
Sip and savor the sweet, spiced warmth!
